Paul Brad

Paul Brad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, consulting, and business development. Currently serving as a Cooperation Training Partner at Noesis Training und Beratung since July 2022, Paul implements various training projects in lean management, design thinking, and team development. As a Consultant and Trainer at Proactive Training since 2004, Paul has enhanced human resources and work processes for numerous industry leaders in Romania. Additional roles include Cooperation Partner at KORN CONSULT GROUP, Owner of Lean Academy, Co-Founder of Musashi Dragon Boats, and Co-Owner of Picster. Paul also hosts the TV show "Eficienta in esenta" and presides over the Timis Branch of PTIR. With a strong educational background, including certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Design Thinking, Paul demonstrates a commitment to excellence in entrepreneurship and human capital development through various projects and training initiatives.
