Adriana Buendia Ucrós is a seasoned professional in instructional design and leadership with significant experience in the global life sciences sector. Currently serving as Principal at Korn Ferry since February 2021, Adriana has previously held various managerial and senior roles at Medtronic, including Global Learning Design Principal Manager, and has extensive experience at Dell EMC and Korn Ferry. Additionally, Adriana worked as a freelance translator and interpreter for two decades and contributed to public relations and communications for the Hispanic American Chamber of Commerce.
