Bao Trinh

Bao Trinh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and client services. Currently serving as a Managing Consultant at Korn Ferry since March 2025, Bao previously held the role of Client Services Director at Xcede from September 2017 to February 2025, focusing on recruitment in the data, digital, tech, cyber, and embedded sectors. Prior to Xcede, Bao worked in various consulting roles, including Principal Consultant and Senior Consultant. Additionally, Bao served as the Social Media Marketing Manager at Degusta Box for a brief period, overseeing social media campaigns and performance metrics. Bao holds a Master of Science in General Management from Luiss Guido Carli University and participated in an Exchange Program in Business Administration and Management at the University of Zurich, following a Bachelor of Science in Applied Communication and Media Science from the University of Duisburg-Essen.
