Bill Karwoski

Bill Karwoski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and sales. Currently serving as Managing Director at Korn Ferry since September 2019, Bill previously held the position of Vice President of National Accounts at Meridian Loyalty from March 2017 to September 2019. Prior to that, Bill was Principal at Sherpa Insight, where the focus was on guiding clients towards achieving their ideal outcomes. Additional roles include Vice President of Sales and Marketing at USMotivation and various positions at BI WORLDWIDE, including Region Vice President for Chicago and Ohio Valley, as well as Account Executive. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University and graduated from St. Patrick High School in Chicago, Illinois.
