Erin Pitrone

Erin Pitrone is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience across various industries, including technical, engineering, healthcare, and executive recruitment. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Project Director at Korn Ferry since May 2024, Erin previously held leadership roles at Advantage xPO as Director of Recruiting and Amazon as Senior Talent Acquisition Leader. Prior to these positions, Erin was Director of Talent Acquisition at Conduent and spent nearly 15 years at IBM, where responsibilities included global recruitment operations and managing large accounts across multiple sectors. Erin's recruitment expertise also extends to initial roles at National Bankruptcy Services, focusing on staffing plans and sourcing strategies. Erin holds educational credentials from the University of Cincinnati and Greenhills High School.
