Gaurav Dev Burman

Gaurav Dev Burman is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in talent strategy and leadership consulting, currently serving as a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry since May 2023. Previously, Gaurav held the role of APAC Executive Recruiting Leader in Technology at Google from October 2021 to April 2023. Gaurav's career at Korn Ferry spans seven years, where responsibilities included shaping talent strategies for technology and professional services sectors as both a Senior Client Partner and a Client Partner. Prior to this, Gaurav worked at PwC as Associate Director in Strategy & Operations for Financial Services, and served in leadership roles at Accenture Management Consulting, Infosys Consulting Inc, HSBC Ltd, Citibank N.A., and Dabur India Ltd. Gaurav holds an MBA in Sales and Marketing from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and a B.Com (Hons) from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
