Germayne Cade

Germayne Cade is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client solutions and recruitment strategies. Since April 2002, Germayne has held multiple leadership positions at Korn Ferry, currently serving as Senior Client Partner for RPO Client Solutions North America, where responsibility includes leading a business development strategy focused on high-volume recruitment for diverse organizations. Germayne previously held the role of Vice President within the same division, driving operational efficiencies and strategy for clients. Prior to Korn Ferry, Germayne was a Senior Consultant at Carlyle Search and the Carlyle Group from October 1997 to January 2002. Germayne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Western Illinois University.
