Kristy Dawson

Kristy Dawson is an experienced professional in talent management and recruitment, currently serving as Team Leader at Google, supporting Korn Ferry since April 2024, and previously holding the position of Talent Team Leader at Korn Ferry since July 2022. Kristy has extensive experience in the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) sector, having worked as Clinical Team Leader at Cielo Talent from December 2021 to July 2022 and as Senior Healthcare Recruiter/Recruitment Lead at AMN Healthcare from July 2018 to December 2021.
