Lala Gaye

Lala Gaye is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in human resources and business transformation. Currently serving as the Head of HR for Business Transformation EMEA at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since February 2016, Lala focuses on strategic HR initiatives, operational excellence, and enhancing the associate experience, including the establishment of an HR Shared Service Center in Romania. Previous roles include oversight of non-manufacturing and manufacturing HR functions in France and a significant contribution as an HR Business Partner across various client groups. In addition to corporate experience, Lala is also a Certified Professional Coach with Korn Ferry, specializing in leadership potential assessment and 360 feedback facilitation. Lala's career foundation includes positions at UCB and a solid background in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR consulting. Academic credentials include studies at ULB and Brussels European School, complemented by a Baccalaureate in Sciences.
