Michele Capra has a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Business Management from Southern New Hampshire University. They have held various roles in talent acquisition and client services, starting as a Hiring Specialist at ARAMARK in 2006, eventually moving on to become a Senior Client Partner & Vice President of Talent Acquisition Client Services at Korn Ferry, their current position since March 2015. Prior to Korn Ferry, they were the Client Services Director at Cielo Talent and a Senior Recruiter at a Global Language Services Provider and Affiliated Computer Services.
