Navnit Singh

Navnit Singh is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and management across various organizations. Currently serving as Chairman and Regional Managing Director for India at Korn/Ferry International since May 2012, Navnit previously held the position of Regional Managing Partner for the APAC region in Global Technology and Services Practice at Heidrick and Struggles from June 2003 to April 2012. Earlier in their career, Navnit worked as a Senior Officer in Personnel at Eicher Goodearth Limited from 1983 to 1988. Navnit Singh holds an MBA in Management and Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from UBS, obtained between 1981 and 1983, and completed education at St. John's Chandigarh from 1973 to 1976.
