Nick Lola

Nick Lola is a Senior Associate at Korn Ferry, specializing in executive search for the Global Industrial Market, particularly in infrastructure and industrial services, since May 2022. With a track record of partnering with private equity firms and public companies, Nick recruits executive leaders from Vice President to Board level. Previously, as a Business Analyst at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory from June 2018 to May 2022, Nick contributed to Defense Engineering and Human Resources by developing marketing strategies to attract and retain top talent and managing executive presentations for the Chief Human Resources Officer. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Menlo College, earned in May 2018.
