Thirtha Y is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment operations across various global organizations. Currently serving as Project Director and Country Lead for India RPO at Korn Ferry since May 2024, Thirtha Y oversees recruitment strategies for prestigious clients while ensuring strong stakeholder relationships and efficient communication.
