Heftsy Elgar

Heftsy Elgar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Heftsy started their career in 2000 as a Project Manager in the Network Infrastructure division at Partner Communications Company ltd. Heftsy later became the Deployment Lead for the Technologies division, overseeing the deployment of network infrastructure facilities.

In 2008, Heftsy joined Partner Communications Company Ltd. as the Director of Technical Services, where they established and managed an installation department for internet and landline services. Heftsy was responsible for overseeing successful installations and managing a large team.

From 2011 to 2013, Heftsy worked at Better Place as a Deployment Manager. Heftsy led the deployment of infrastructure for electric vehicle charge spots across Israel and managed a significant budget and multiple contractors.

In 2016, Heftsy joined Unitronics - PLC & Automation products as the Manager of Technical Services and Operations, where they spearheaded project execution and ensured customer satisfaction.

Heftsy also worked at Powermat as a Customer Success Manager, managing the day-to-day interactions with accounts and providing technical advisory services.

Heftsy pursued their passion for the creative arts through freelance photography, providing services in stock imaging, fashion, and portraiture from 2013 to 2023.

Currently, they are working at Kornit Digital as the Head of Global Pre-Sale & Business Excellence. Heftsy has previously served as the Director of Applications and Software Implementation and the Sr. Manager of Application. At Kornit Digital, they lead the development and marketing of industrial and commercial printing solutions for the garment, apparel, and textile industries.

Heftsy Elgar pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, General from 2001 to 2005 at the Holon Institute of Technology. Concurrently, from 2001 to 2004, they also pursued another Bachelor's degree in Project Management at the same institution.
