Tim Douglass has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and management. Tim is currently serving as the Head of Platform Support at Kornit Digital since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked at JD Sports Fashion plc as the Head of Multi-channel Technical Operations from March 2017 to January 2021. Before that, Tim held various roles at Gazprom Energy, including Global Service Desk Manager, Project Delivery Manager, Interim Head of IT, and Development Team Lead from 2010 to 2017. Tim also worked at Jarvis Plc as a Developer and Database Administrator from 2001 to 2010. Tim started their career at the State Debt Recovery Office as an I.T. Projects Officer from 2000 to 2001.

Tim Douglass obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Law & Business French from the University of Central Lancashire, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Prior to that, they completed high school at South Island School in Hong Kong from 1987 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, Tim has obtained several certifications, including an Apprenticeship - L5 Operations / Departmental Manager from NCFE in October 2020, an ITIL Intermediate certificate in IT Operational Support and Analysis from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in May 2015, a Service Desk Manager certification from The Service Desk Institute (SDI) in March 2015, and an ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PEOPLECERT in June 2014.
