Jeffrey M. Cerio

Jeffrey Cerio is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the life sciences sector. Currently serving as General Counsel at Korro Bio, Inc. since September 2024, Jeffrey previously held the role of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Atomwise from October 2021 to September 2024, and served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel at Triplet Therapeutics from December 2019 to August 2021. Prior to these roles, Jeffrey was Senior Corporate Counsel at Moderna Therapeutics and held various positions at Alkermes, including Senior Director, Securities & Business Development Counsel and Corporate Counsel. Jeffrey began their legal career at Ropes & Gray LLP as a Corporate Associate focusing on life sciences and completed a summer associate position at Kenyon & Kenyon. Jeffrey's foundational legal education was obtained at the University of Connecticut School of Law, complemented by a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Northeastern University.
