Manager of Implementation and Training at KorTerra

Erik Chamberlain has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Erik started their career at KorTerra, Inc. in 2002 as a Product Support Analyst, where they provided assistance and troubleshooting for software products. In 2007, they joined US Bank as a Programmer/Analyst II, contributing to the development and analysis of software programs.

Returning to KorTerra in 2008, Erik took on the role of Post Development Manager. In this position, they led customer experience and implementation teams, focusing on process improvement, problem-solving, and fostering client relations. Erik held this role for twelve years before transitioning to the role of Cloud Operations Manager in 2020. As Cloud Operations Manager, they oversaw the reliability and security of cloud infrastructure, maintained production and lower-level systems, and managed a high-performing team of cloud engineers.

Most recently, in 2022, Erik became the Manager of Implementation and Training at KorTerra. In this role, they are responsible for ensuring effective implementation of company initiatives and providing training to personnel.
