Kelsey O'Donnell has a diverse work experience that spans from 2016 to 2020. Kelsey started their career in 2016 at the University of Southampton, where they participated in archaeological excavations at the Fovant Badges and Cranborne Chase sites. Kelsey gained experience in various excavation techniques and equipment use. In 2017, they continued their work as part of an archaeology team at the Old Sarum excavation, where they participated in the excavation of an Iron Age hill fort and analyzed the findings.

In 2019, Kelsey worked as a Trainee Teacher at Netherton Primary School, where they developed skills in school administration, lesson planning, and record organization. Later that year, they took on a temporary role as an Administration Assistant at Citizens Advice Scotland.

In 2020, Kelsey joined Teleperformance as a Customer Service Advisor, providing support to customers. Kelsey then transitioned to Koru Kids as a Customer Support Associate towards the end of the year.

Kelsey O'Donnell's education history begins with their completion of their GCSEs at Waingels College from 2007 to 2012. Following this, they attended Waingels College again from 2012 to 2014 to pursue their A levels. In 2014, Kelsey moved on to the University of East Anglia, where they studied BA History of Art for a year as part of the Foundation Year program. Finally, from 2015 to 2018, Kelsey O'Donnell attended the University of Southampton, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Archaeology (BA Archaeology).
