As a UX Manager at Koru UX Design, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our clients' B2B Healthtech and SaaS products. You will lead a team of UX designers, researchers, and developers to create intuitive, efficient, and impactful user experiences. Your expertise in B2B products and managerial experience will be crucial in driving the success of our projects and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of UI/UX designers and researchers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Oversee the end-to-end UX design process, from user research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and implementation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders from client teams, ensuring clear communication, understanding of requirements, and alignment with project goals.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the design team, supporting their professional growth and development.
• Be responsible for the overall well-being and performance of the design team, managing workloads, setting goals, and facilitating a positive team culture.
