Leonardo Silvi

Leonardo Silvi is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Talent Management at KOS GROUP since January 2020. In this role, responsibilities include leading a team focused on compensation analysis, performance evaluation, benefits management, and the development of career paths through skills mapping.
