Winnie Tam

Winnie Tam, PCC (ICF) and CPCC, is a seasoned professional in people and culture, currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at KOS International Limited since May 2022. Winnie holds various coaching and training roles, including Faculty/Facilitator at Abilitie, Corporate Trainer at Infopro Learning, Inc., and Career Coach for the HKU Business School Masters' Programs. As the Founder of 30 Matters, a venture dedicated to empowering working women in their 30s, Winnie also co-founded GeNext, a think tank focused on public policy discourse. Previous experience includes a managerial role at PwC Hong Kong, where insights from C-suite interviews were leveraged to enhance client experience. Winnie is pursuing an MSc in Psychology at the University of Nottingham and has educational credentials from prestigious institutions including The Chinese University of Hong Kong and San Diego State University.
