Angelica Semblante

Angelica Semblante has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. In 2011, they started their career as a Quality Evaluator at Convergys, where they monitored and evaluated the quality of operational activities to improve customer service experience. Angelica also conducted audits and chat/call monitoring to identify customer needs and areas for improvement. Angelica held this position until 2013 when they transitioned to the role of Quality Coordinator at the same company. In this role, Angelica set and managed performance targets for their team, mentored and developed staff, and met performance review objectives set by clients. Angelica left Convergys in 2015.

In 2016, Angelica joined GoDaddy as a Data Quality Publishing Specialist. In this role, they reviewed incoming businesses for eligibility, data validity, and formatting to ensure publishing acceptance to their partner network. Angelica also worked with the product team to identify and address data quality issues. Angelica stayed with GoDaddy until October 2020.

Angelica Semblante completed their high school education at the University of the Philippines High School in Cebu from 2001 to 2005. Angelica then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing at Cebu Normal University, graduating in 2009. Following this, they obtained certification as a Registered Nurse from the PRC (Phils) in November 2009. In 2014 to 2015, Angelica attended the University of the Visayas, where they earned a Diploma in Professional Education with a focus on Teacher Education and Professional Development, Specific Subject Areas. Finally, from 2016 to 2019, they pursued their Master of Education degree in Communication Disorders Sciences and Services at the University of the Visayas.
