Ryan Christensen

Ryan Christensen is a seasoned geological advisor with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently employed at Kosmos Energy since November 2010. Christensen's roles have included Senior Exploration Geologist for Equatorial Guinea and the Gulf of Mexico, focusing on regional exploration efforts and deep water hydrocarbon exploration along the Atlantic Margin in various countries such as Ghana, Morocco, and Suriname/Guyana. Prior experience includes serving as a Geologist at EOG Resources from 2006 to 2008 and as a Geoscientist at Schlumberger Information Solutions from 2001 to 2006, specializing in corporate reservoir modeling and technical sales. Academically, Christensen holds an M.S. in Geology from Northern Illinois University and a B.S. in Geology from Illinois State University.
