Artur Pajak is an experienced executive with a robust background in operations and management across various industries. Currently serving as CEO at Kospel since January 2022, Artur previously held the position of Vice President Operations at Plasman, overseeing operations for Europe and reporting to the EU President. Artur's earlier roles include Vice President Europe and Global Operations at EFD Induction, focusing on operational improvement and standardization, and various leadership positions at Kongsberg Automotive, including Restructuring Director for China. Additional experience includes a role as Technical Director at AIC S.A. and multiple positions at MAN Truck & Bus SE. Artur holds a Master's Degree in Engineering from Politechnika Radomska and has pursued further education at Warsaw University of Technology Business School.
