Robert Kennedy has extensive experience in the construction and transportation sectors, currently serving as the Manager of Quality and Technical Services at Koss Construction Co since 2000. Prior to this role, Robert worked at the Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) Materials and Research Center from April 1990 to April 2000 as the Research Supervisor for the Pavement Smoothness Section, where expertise in pavement research and quality control was developed.
