Akhila Ananthanarayanan

Akhila Ananthanarayanan is currently the Vice President & Head - Talent Acquisition at Kotak General Insurance since January 2023. Prior to this role, she served as Deputy Vice President - Human Resources at TORUS from October 2021 to December 2022. Akhila has a strong background in Human Resources, with experience as Chief Manager Human Resources at Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited from July 2017 to September 2019, and as Senior Manager - Human Resources at Reliance General Insurance from January 2006 to June 2017. She has expertise in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement & Communication, Performance Management, and HR Management. Akhila holds a Diplome de Langue (D.L) in French Language from Alliance Francaise de Paris, a Diploma in Human Resource Management (D.H.R.M.) from Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research, and a Bachelor of Mass Media in Journalism from Vivekanand Education Society College.
