Anupam Kaura

Anupam Kaura currently serves as the President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Kotak Mahindra Bank since January 2024. Prior to this role, Anupam held the position of President & Global Head of Human Resources at CRISIL Limited from February 2017 to January 2024. Anupam's extensive career in human resources includes significant roles at IDFC Bank, Citibank India, and AXA, among others. Notably, Anupam was the Head of HR Advisory and Products at IDFC Bank and served various leadership positions at Citibank India, where responsibilities spanned institutional clients, rewards, and HR operations. Anupam began the professional journey at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a consultant focusing on organizational change and capability. Anupam holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
