Debashish Mohanty

Debashish Mohanty is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in collection strategy and analytics. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Collection Strategy at Kotak Mahindra Bank since June 2024, Debashish previously held multiple senior roles at YES BANK from October 2016 to June 2024, including Senior Vice President and Head of Collection Strategy/Analytics and Portfolio Strategy, as well as Vice President and Assistant Vice President in related capacities. Prior experience includes a managerial position at ICICI Bank, focusing on collection strategy for commercial business and home loans from September 2008 to October 2016. Debashish holds an Advance Business Analytics degree from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and an MBA in Marketing and International Business from Indira School of Business Studies.
