Natasha Srivastava is a seasoned UX Designer with extensive experience in the B2B SaaS sector, specializing in finance and edtech. Currently serving as UX Designer III at Kotak Mahindra Bank since October 2025, Natasha previously held the position of Lead Product Designer at Synaptic, where significant achievements included the development of a proprietary document processing AI tool that achieved 90% automation and enhanced scalability for customer platforms. Natasha's design expertise spans various roles, including Senior Product Designer and Product Designer, contributing to both startup environments and established brands, such as SHIVAN & NARRESH and Surreal Technologies.
