Carolyn Rush

Carolyn Rush Crouse is a seasoned professional in brand strategy and management, currently serving as Senior Strategy Director at Koto since September 2022 and as a Brand Strategy Freelancer since June 2022. Experienced in various leadership roles, Carolyn has been a Board Member at Brightlings, a program dedicated to empowering teenagers through storytelling, and previously held positions including Strategy Director at Red Antler and Head of Brand & Strategy at Robyn, a marketplace for maternal wellness providers. Carolyn's tenure at Worn saw significant contributions as Managing Partner and Head of Strategy, working on campaigns that transformed the representation of women. As a Founding Partner and Advisor for initiatives like #BUILTBYGIRLS and Dreamers // Doers, Carolyn fosters opportunities for young women in tech and entrepreneurship. Carolyn began their career as a Business Development Specialist at CEB, enhancing HR practices for small and mid-sized organizations. An Auburn University alumna, Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism/Public Relations and Spanish.
