Eralp Çalgın

Eralp Çalgın is a seasoned professional in customer relationship management and marketing, currently serving as the Global CRM Analytics Manager at Koton since August 2023. Previously, Eralp held the position of Customer Loyalty Manager at DeFacto and has extensive experience with Turkish Airlines, where responsibilities included supervising Miles&Smiles Marketing and Partnerships as well as Inflight Entertainment Products. Early roles included sales and business development at Grupanya, retail sales supervision at Nestlé Waters, and trade marketing at Coca-Cola İçecek. Eralp began a marketing career as an intern at The Coca-Cola Company.
