Joe Ellis has a diverse work experience in finance and analysis spanning over 20 years. Their most recent role was as the Vice President and Senior Financial Officer for Global Identity, Fraud, and Compliance at Kount, an Equifax Company. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of FP&A at Breg and held various leadership positions at CTI Foods, including Vice President of FP&A and Director of FP&A. Joe has also worked as a Finance Manager and Senior Finance Analyst at ConAgra Foods, where they were responsible for P&L review, sales analytics, and budget preparation. Additionally, they have experience in financial planning and analysis at Transform Solar and TMI Forest Products, Inc. Joe began their career at Weyerhaeuser as a Business Analyst, where they managed financial operations and prepared budget statements for international business. Joe also worked as a Pricing Analyst at USF Logistics and a Business Analyst at NiSource. Joe has demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budgeting, risk analysis, and team leadership throughout their career.
Joe Ellis completed their education at various institutions. Joe obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Boise State University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned three Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degrees from the University of Maryland between 1996 and 2000. These degrees were in Finance and Accounting, Marketing and International Business, and Logistics and Transportation.
In addition to their academic achievements, Joe has also obtained several certifications. Joe obtained a Commercial Pilot - Airplane Multi Engine Land certification from the Federal Aviation Administration in August 2016. In February 2016, they received a Business Insights Bronze Level Certification from Delta Associates, Inc. Furthermore, they hold a Commercial Pilot - Airplane Single Engine Land certification from the Federal Aviation Administration since February 2016. Joe also obtained an Instrument Rating - Airplane certification in March 2005, and a Private Pilot - Airplane Single Engine Land certification in December 2001, both from the Federal Aviation Administration.
