Rob Kasnitz

Rob Kasnitz has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Rob started their career at Avaya in 1991, where they worked in various positions related to global enterprise applications consulting and project management. In 2010, they joined Apptio as a customer success manager and later transitioned to become a program manager and manager of the escalations team. In 2016, they joined Outreach as a client success manager. Their most recent role was at Kount, an Equifax Company, where they served as a channel partner manager and later as a senior channel partner manager.

Rob Kasnitz obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Washington State University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including an eCommerce Fraud Agent certification from The Fraud Practice LLC in September 2018, an ITIL® V3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from Loyalist Exam Services in March 2012, and an ACS - Avaya Certified Specialist certification from Avaya in November 2009.
