Manager, Client Success at Koupon

Mary Trinko is the Manager of Client Success at Koupon. Mary has been with the company since April of 2017 and in their current role since December of 2021. Prior to joining Koupon, Mary was with Adobe as an Account Development Manager from July 2015 to March 2017. There they were responsible for conducting initial contact with potential customers, qualifying prospects, and collaborating with the accounts team to strategize on how best to support current and new clients. Mary has also held internships in sales and marketing with The Advisory Board Company and finance with Consensus Orthopedics. Mary began their professional career as a Call Center Representative with the University of Dallas in January of 2013 and later became a Team Member with Jamba Juice in June of 2011.

Mary Trinko received their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Dallas. Mary also has a High School Diploma from Moreau Catholic High School. In addition, they have an Other / Certificate in Business Analytics from Harvard Business School Online. Finally, they are certified from ValueSelling Associates in ValueSelling Framework.
