Helen Willan McIpd

Helen Willan MCIPD has a diverse and extensive work experience. Helen is currently the Head of People at Koura since October 2023. Before that, they worked at Nichols plc, where they held the position of Lead People Business Partner from January 2021 to October 2023, and HR Business Partner from May 2019 to December 2021. Prior to that, Helen had a long tenure at NSG Pilkington, where they held various roles such as Group Learning Development Manager from August 2016 to April 2019, HR Manager for Downstream Branches from November 2014 to July 2016, HR Manager for Downstream Branches & Watson Street from May 2013 to October 2014, HR Manager for Watson Street Works from January 2010 to April 2013, Human Resources Advisor from February 2009 to January 2010, Human Resources Officer from February 2004 to January 2009, Graduate Recruitment Officer from November 2000 to February 2004, and Executive Personal Assistant from December 1998 to October 2000. Helen started their career as a Personal Assistant at the University of Sydney from October 1997 to May 1998 and began their HR journey as an HR Administrator at the Tavern Group Ltd from October 1995 to October 1997.

Helen Willan MCIPD completed a Psychodynamic Counselling Diploma from Jean Little Training between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a CIPD degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from St Helens College in both 2004 and 1997.
