Lee C Draper has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Lee C began their career at Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) as a Process Engineer and COMAH Plant Manager, where they focused on process technology development and plant management. Lee C then joined INEOS, where they held various roles such as Senior COMAH Chemical Site Manager, Glebe Mines Operations Manager, and Senior Project Manager. At INEOS, they were responsible for manufacturing strategy, business development, and project management. After that, they worked at Houghton International as the EU Operations Manager, where they oversaw manufacturing operations and drove improvements in EHS, cost, and supply chain. Lee C later joined Mexichem as an [Interim] Business Programme Manager, leading the development and implementation of the feedstock business strategy. Currently, they are working at Koura Global, initially serving as the Global Business Program Manager and now as the Global Business Engineering Director. Lee C Draper has a comprehensive education history. In 1983, they attended Heversham Grammar, where they studied mathematics, chemistry, and physics. They later pursued a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Leeds, completing it between 1989 and 1993. In 2014 and 2015, Lee obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Engineering/Industrial Management from the same university, earning a distinction. In 2019, they attended the Institute of Project Management and obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Additionally, Lee holds certifications as a UK Chartered Professional Engineer from the Engineering Council and as a Chartered Member from the Institute of Chemical Engineers.
