Cody Sumrall

Cody Sumrall has extensive experience in customer success and operations management. Currently working at Kovo since October 2021 in a Customer Success role, Cody previously held multiple positions at Possible from May 2019 to October 2021, including Operations Manager for Back Office and Customer Success roles, focusing on process improvement through customer advocacy. Prior experience includes serving as a Personal Financial Representative at Salal Credit Union from July 2018 to May 2019, where Cody assisted members in navigating financial approvals and improving credit standings. Cody holds a degree in Anthropology from Emory University, attended from 2009 to 2013.
