David Hextall

David Hextall has over three decades of experience in production management and continuous improvement within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Production Manager at KP Snacks since January 2013, David oversees the Manufacturing Team to meet key operational performance indicators while ensuring a safe and quality-focused work environment. Prior to this role, David held various positions at United Biscuits, including Continuous Improvement Manager and Team Manager, and worked as a Tool Setter at Renold PLC. David's educational background includes attendance at De Ferrers High School from 1985 to 1990.
