Richard Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Richard began their career at TNS as a Senior Account Executive from 2002 to 2004. Richard then moved to Burton's Biscuit Company, where they held various roles such as Customer Insights Executive, Category Development Manager, and Senior Category Development Manager from 2004 to 2008. Following that, they joined United Biscuits, where they served as Grocery Category Controller, Lead Business Account Manager, Category Development Controller, and Field Sales Controller, achieving significant growth and profitability for the company from 2008 to 2016. From 2016 to 2018, Richard worked at pladis Global as the Field Sales & NI Director, leading multiple teams and initiatives to drive sales and develop future talent. Richard also briefly worked as the Head of Category at Tyrrells Potato Crisps Limited in 2018. Currently, Richard holds the position of Head of Shopper Marketing & Customer Activation at KP Snacks since October 2018.

Richard Williams attended Ashby Grammar School from 1994 to 1998. After completing their secondary education, they pursued a degree from Lancaster University from 1998 to 2001. Richard earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Advertising, Economics & Marketing.
