Brandon Blankenagel is a skilled civil engineering professional with extensive experience in transportation infrastructure. Currently serving as an Associate Engineer and Civil Engineering Project Manager at KPFF Consulting Engineers since December 2019, Brandon oversees project management in the transportation group, focusing on the planning, study, design, and delivery of various transportation-related projects. Prior to this role, Brandon worked at the City of Spokane from May 2008 to December 2019, initially as an Associate Engineer and later as a Senior Engineer in Capital Programs, managing transportation capital projects and maintaining the 6-Year Street Program. Brandon's early career includes experience as a Staff Geotechnical Engineer at GeoEngineers, where responsibilities included geotechnical exploration and reporting. Brandon holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Brigham Young University, completed in 2005.
