Matt Dolan

Matt Dolan is the Managing Principal at KPFF’s Portland Civil Engineering + Survey office. He is also Managing Principal for their offices in Eugene, Oregon, and Washington, DC. Matt joined KPFF in 1998 and focused his career on complex site development and project management projects, including stormwater management, utilities, major earthwork, construction, surveying, and environmental services. Matt’s deep and diverse background on both international and stateside projects enables him to develop innovative, cost-effective solutions for a vast range of unique projects, from design to construction. He thrives on solving the puzzles inherent in civil engineering work, and as a leader encourages ingenuity, curiosity, and resourcefulness in his staff and teammates. Matt’s work in the NW encompasses industrial, commercial and residential developments; environmental remediation projects, complex medical, hospital, and research facilities, office parks; major highways; complex mining facilities; and government projects. For the past 19 years, Matt has also led a studio group within KPFF that specializes in international design, master planning, site development, and infrastructure.
