Thinh Luc

Thinh Luc is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and civil engineering roles. Currently serving as a Project Manager and previously as a Project Civil Engineer at KPFF Consulting Engineers since August 2014, Thinh has developed a robust skill set in engineering project execution. Prior to this position, Thinh gained valuable experience as an Engineering Intern at the Inland Empire Utilities Agency from June 2011 to July 2014 and as an Engineering Intern at the City of Arcadia Public Works Services Department from May 2007 to June 2011. Additionally, experience as a Student Assistant at Fullerton Arboretum from October 2012 to June 2013 complemented the engineering background. Thinh Luc holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Fullerton.
