Todd Graham

Todd has 25 years of experience that includes a unique combination of both design and construction expertise. He has worked extensively on marine projects and is adept at managing multi-disciplinary teams. In his work on both private and public works jobs, he has overseen the design and management of diverse projects including marine structure construction, modification, and rehabilitation; site layouts; grading/drainage; roadways and parking lots; public parks and play courts; utility infrastructure; and airport upgrades and expansions.
