Dimitra Kostarides

Dimitra Kostarides has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources, culture, and management. Dimitra currently holds the position of VP People and Culture at KPI Digital Solutions and Vice President People and Culture at KPI Mining Solutions, both starting in 2022. Prior to these roles, they worked at SFL Gestion de patrimoine – Partenaire de Desjardins, where they held positions such as Director of Insurance Strategies, Assistant Director Sales and Recruitment, Director of Financial Center, and Director of Business Development from 2008 to 2021. Dimitra has a strong background in managing and training advisors, recruitment, and business development.

Dimitra Kostarides has a degree in Political Science from McGill University. Dimitra also attended Champlain College, where they studied Business/Commerce. In 2012-2013, they completed a Leadership Program in Management of the Sales Force at Université Laval, specializing in Finance and Financial Management Services. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in various fields, including human resources, leadership, and organizational change.
