Santosh Rangarej

Santosh Rangarej is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and talent acquisition, currently serving as Sr. Director of Account Management at KPIT since April 2003. In this role, Santosh leads account management for automotive customers, supports software-defined vehicle strategies, and manages P&L responsibilities to drive account growth. Additionally, Santosh has held various leadership positions within KPIT, including Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition for the Americas, where responsibilities included overseeing global talent acquisition functions and enhancing recruitment processes for mobility technologies. Prior experience includes roles in global account management, recruitment management, and HR functions at Suma Soft Pvt Ltd. Santosh holds a Master's in Personnel Management from IMERT Pune University and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from BVVS Karnataka University.
