Mate Galesic

Mate Galesic is an experienced production and project manager currently leading an experienced team at K+S Windsor Salt Ltd. since May 2016. Responsibilities include managing the evaporation process and coordinating with various departments to ensure safe and efficient production while maintaining budget efficiencies. Prior experience at Vale involved roles such as process engineer, lead pilot plant process engineer, and process metallurgist, focusing on improving operational efficiency and performance metrics. Additional experience includes a process metallurgist position at North American Palladium Ltd. and research roles at Laurentian University, developing various industrial processes and materials. Mate Galesic holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Laurentian University.
