Executive director under contract since 20 years with KPMG LLP, Risk consulting financial risk management and operational risk; previously vice-president market risk and administration at National Bank of Canada for 7 years; before, was Director of the Bourse division at Paris Bourse, France, which since became part of NYSE-Euronext. Started my career at the Montreal Exchange.
