Lauren Mawdsley

Lauren Mawdsley is a Senior Consultant in Tax at KPMG Canada, with prior experience as a Staff Accountant in Audit. Lauren has also worked as a Financial Services Clerk at Nova Scotia Pension Services Corporation, where responsibilities included maintaining confidentiality and applying accounting standards. At Mount Allison University, Lauren held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of the Mount Allison Commerce Society Executive, where Lauren organized meetings and events, and served as an Organizational Tutor, assisting students with learning disabilities. As a member of the Case Competition Program, Lauren honed skills in public speaking and teamwork, achieving third place at the Atlantic Throwdown Case Competition. Additional experience includes an internship at TD Insurance as a Catastrophe Claims Analyst. Lauren Mawdsley holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Mount Allison University, where Lauren was recognized as class valedictorian in high school.
