Nicki Griffiths

Nicki Griffiths has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Nicki began their career in 2000 at Bank of Bermuda, where they held various roles including Benefits Administrator and Human Resources Consultant. In 2003, they joined The MarketPlace Ltd as a Human Resources Administrator. Nicki then moved to ChevronTexaco Bermuda in 2004, working as a Global HR Benefits Analyst. In 2005, they joined Marsh as a Human Resources Representative and later became an Assistant Vice President, Human Resources Generalist. In 2012, they joined KPMG in Bermuda as a Manager, Human Resources and worked their way up to the role of Director, Head of Human Resources.
