Marcel Boersma

Marcel Boersma, PhD, is an Assistant Professor at the University of Amsterdam specializing in AI-driven methods for financial auditing, with expertise in graph-based learning, explainable AI (XAI), and time-series regression models. As a core member of the AI4FinTech research group, Marcel bridges the gap between artificial intelligence advancements and their application in regulated financial environments.
